Part One – Morning Session (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM):
In this session, Mr. Samad Hassanzadeh (President of the Iranian Chamber), Mr. Hossein Pirmozan (Vice President of the Iranian Chamber), Mr. Mohsen Zarrabi (Vice President of the Iranian Chamber Arbitration Center), Mr. Ali Naqvi (Chairman of the Iranian Chamber Technical and Engineering Services and Construction Commission) and Mr. Ali Moghadam Abrishami (Secretary General of the Iranian Chamber Arbitration Center) will be present. In this session, the capacities and the manner of utilizing the Iranian Chamber Arbitration Center in contracts will be examined.
Part Two – Specialized Panel (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM):
This section will be attended by Mr. Mohammad Ghasemi (Deputy Director of Policy and National and Regional Development of the Planning and Budget Organization), Mr. Seyed Javad Ghanefar (Head of Consultants and Contractors Affairs of the Planning and Budget Organization), Mr. Saeed Vakili (Head of Technical and Executive System Affairs of the Planning and Budget Organization), Mr. Payam Bagheri (Vice President of the Iranian Chamber), Mr. Mohsen Zarrabi (Vice President of the Arbitration Center of the Iranian Chamber), Mr. Ali Moghadam Abrishami (Secretary General of the Arbitration Center of the Iranian Chamber), Mr. Ali Naqvi (Chairman of the Technical and Engineering Services Commission of the Iranian Chamber), Mr. Soheil Al-Rasoul (Vice President of the Technical and Engineering Services Commission of the Iranian Chamber), Mr. Mehrdad Ashtari (Secretary of the Coordination Council of Engineering Organizations), and Mr. Mohammad Halvaei (Chairman of the Board of Directors of the APEC Association). In this panel, the possibility of using the capacities of the Arbitration Center of the Iranian Chamber in contracts as well as the issue of Article 75 of identical contracts in publication 5490 will be specifically examined.
