MFS fabrication shop located near Tehran with total 20,000 m2 space, is equipped with modern machineries and facilities for production of heavy equipment, skid mounted packages and modulated equipment, such as heavy rolling machine up to 220mm, Automatic Sub-merged Arc Welding Machine, Heavy Rotary Positioners, Heavy lifting cranes for up to 250 Ton total weight and 7000mm ID, Post Weld Heat Treatment Furnace with thermal capacity up 1200°c with 9m (W),9m (H) & 20m (L) and Sandblast & Painting facilities and Salons. We also have the experience of working with different types of raw materials such as C.S., S.S, Nace, HIC, SSC, Monel Alloy 825 & 625, Hastelloy and Clad Plates.
MFS Company as leading designer and manufacturer of Mechanical Fixed & Process Equipment for Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industries such as: different kinds of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks Single/Double Wall, Spheres, Columns and also some special equipment such as Scrubber & Separators, Silencers, Deaerators, Flare Stacks, Desalters & Heaters, Process packages such as TEG/MEG Regeneration Skids, Gas Sweetening Units Sulfur Recovery Units.
