The company has achieved the National Standard of Iran as well as ISO/TS 29001:2010 ISO-TS 16949:2009, ISO 9001:2008 Since then and it's been actively on the top of the list of cold formed standard and special Bolts / Screws manufacturers form the size M5 to M20 for a decade and cotter pins of different industries like Automobile, oil, Gas and petrochemical, house-hold appliance, Electric and power. Besides the fasteners production, the company also has the Heat Treatment (Continues Furnace) (500 kg/h) and the coating facilities including the Dacromet coating (400 kg/h) and Thread Lock automatic Machinery. There is a very well-equipped laboratory of the factory and all the products are tested and checked both physically and chemically like dimensional contrast testing the chemical and mechanical properties and specification by the use of the modern equipment. Hardness, tensile, metallography, coating thickness, salt spray, coating weight, torques … are all tested and checked and all the products are provided by a test report. The sorting machine make the dimensional checking of the products in a high speed.
